Friday, March 05, 2004 ::: today's PE lesson is what i call real 'physical training' circuit training is really something a circuit of push-ups sit-ups and some exercises that i have no idea how to describe some are like using your back or chest to grind the ground and since we're doing that on the grass we all ended up covered with grass, head to toe there was this particularly disgusting exercise it's lying in prone position on the ground and then lift your arms and legs simulatenously right arm with left leg. then left arm with right leg. now you can imagine... when 40 guys all lie together on the grass all doing this same exercise at the same time ... i think it looks pretty much like Kylie's Slow video with only a greater impact cuz instead of hot girls in bikini... it's all guyz in... em... PE uniform... -___-\|\|\|\|\| a group of medi girls saw us at a distance u guess how they reacted yes, some actually screamed at the sight and the applause we received after completing the set hmmm oh well... we're doing the same thing for next lesson LOL during the walk downhill (with my IliopsoasPecsQuadricepsErectorspinaeHipabductors fatique) i couldn't stop thinking about the test today quite upset about all the silly incorrect attempts which gave me more questions to think about but then i realized perhaps that's all because of my pride how about letting it go it's always easy to see our own qualities and be happy about them but it's not as easy to accept our limitations and forgive ourselves for mistakes we've made - which is perhaps even more important than self-appreciation i gave my best so that "i shouldn't have chosen that answer" doesn't really matter any more and that moment - when the non-stop train passed by i knew i was forgiven nevertheless... we forgive, but it's not easy to forget just an hour later here i am sitting in front of the puter feeling a bit blue again ... it's still about pride last night watched 15 minutes of Boston Public the last time i watched it was like... 2 years ago? totally shocked by the current story line!... teachers helping hookers... students using classrooms as brothrel... the school principal actually orders the students to set up a trial courtroom in-school and trial another student for opening such a 'facility' for his fellow classmates... i find such development in the storyline totally ridiculous but at the same time... truly appealing!... grrrrr that's just David E Kelly challenging our senses and sanity again...
